Every MYTHED piece is printed to order, so nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. Your garment is produced after your payment is confirmed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7 to 10 business days from payment for most serviceable PIN codes. Remote locations, north-eastern states, island territories and hill regions can take longer.

Because every garment is made specifically for your order. There is no shelf to return it to. If a made-to-order parcel is refused at the door, the piece cannot be resold and the cost sits with us, which would eventually have to be priced into every order. Prepaid-only lets us keep the price at what the garment is actually worth rather than padding it to cover refused deliveries. Payments are handled by Razorpay and we accept UPI, cards, net banking and wallets.

Take your usual size in either fit. Most of our tees are an oversized cut, deliberately roomier than a regular tee, so your usual size gives the intended relaxed drape and sizing up usually produces something much larger than people expect. If you want it closer to the body, size down. Two designs, Walk Unbowed and Jagoron — The Awakening, are a lighter regular fit that sits closer to the frame; if you are between sizes on those, take the larger one. Check the Size Guide and the size-chart image on the product you are actually buying, since the two fits use different charts.

We will exchange it for a different size of the same design and colourway, free. No exchange fee and no return shipping charge. Request it within 7 days of delivery, with the garment unworn, unwashed and with tags intact. One size exchange per item. If your replacement size is unavailable we will refund you instead.

We cannot accept change-of-mind returns, because the piece was made specifically for you and cannot be resold. What we do cover in full is anything we got wrong: a defect, a print fault, a wrong item, damage in transit, or sizing. If any of those apply, we replace or refund at your choice and you pay nothing.

Email hello@mythed.co within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue, the full garment and the packaging. We will replace or refund it, whichever you prefer. There is no return shipping charge, no re-shipping charge and no restocking fee when the fault is ours.

You can cancel any time before your order enters production, which generally begins within 24 hours of payment. Email hello@mythed.co with your order number and the subject line Cancellation Request, ideally within 12 hours. We can usually correct a delivery address in the same window. Once production has started the garment physically exists and cannot be cancelled.

We print using DTF, which lays the design onto the fabric without the heavy white underbase that flattens gradients and fades. It holds detail, depth and tonal range far better on dark garments. To keep it that way, wash cold and inside out with like colours, dry on low heat, and turn the garment inside out before ironing so you never iron directly over the print.

Not at the moment. We currently ship within India only. If your delivery PIN code is not serviceable by our courier partners you will be told at checkout, before you pay.

Yes. Payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. Your card, UPI and banking credentials are entered directly in Razorpay’s secure environment and are never transmitted to or stored on our systems. The entire site runs over HTTPS with TLS encryption, including checkout.

Once your order is dispatched we email you a tracking number and link. Tracking can take up to 24 hours after dispatch to become active on the courier’s system. If it has not updated after 48 hours, write to hello@mythed.co with your order number and we will chase it.

Most pieces are a 240 GSM cotton, bio-washed and pre-shrunk. It is substantial enough to hold its shape and drape properly rather than clinging, opaque enough to wear without thinking about it, and softened before it reaches you so it does not need breaking in. It will not shrink out of shape in the first wash. Two designs, Walk Unbowed and Jagoron — The Awakening, use a lighter 180 GSM cotton with a softer drape, cut as a regular fit.
