Everything on this page is the practical version: what to do, what we need from you, and how long each step takes. The binding terms live in our Return & Refund Policy, and that document governs if the two ever read differently.
The short version
- Wrong size? We exchange it free. You have 7 days from delivery.
- Something wrong with the garment? Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we replace or refund it, your choice.
- Changed your mind? We cannot take it back. Every piece is printed to order, so there is no shelf for it to go back to.
- Want to cancel? Email us within 12 hours of ordering, before production starts.
Exchanging for a different size
Size exchanges are free. No exchange fee, no return shipping charge, no charge to send the replacement.
Email hello@mythed.co within 7 days of delivery with:
- your order number;
- the size you received and the size you need;
- a photograph of the garment and its tag.
We reply within 48 hours during support hours and arrange collection, or tell you where to send it. Once the returned piece reaches us, the replacement goes into production straight away.
The garment needs to be unworn, unwashed, with tags intact and in its original packaging, and it is one exchange per item. If the size you need is unavailable, we refund you instead.

If something is wrong with your order
A print fault, a defect in the fabric or stitching, the wrong design or size in the parcel, or damage in transit. Any of those, we cover in full, and you choose whether you want a replacement or a refund.
Email hello@mythed.co within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs showing the issue, the whole garment, and the packaging. You pay nothing to put right something we got wrong.
One thing that is not a fault: small variation in print colour or placement. Direct-to-film printing carries a little natural variation, and screens render colour differently from device to device. Anything within normal production tolerance is a characteristic of the process.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel any time before production begins. Production usually starts within 24 hours of payment, so email hello@mythed.co as soon as you can, with your order number and the subject line “Cancellation Request”.
Once production has started the garment physically exists, made in your size and colourway, and it cannot be un-made. Cancellations approved before production are refunded in full.
How long a refund takes
We start the refund within 3 business days of approving your request, or of receiving and checking a returned item. It then takes 5 to 7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank. That last stretch is in your bank's hands, not ours. You will get an email with the reference number when we initiate it.
Refunds always go back to the payment method you used at checkout.
If your parcel could not be delivered
Couriers make up to three attempts. If the parcel comes back to us, we email you and you choose: have it sent again, or take a refund. Any re-shipping charge is confirmed to you in writing first. The details are in our Shipping Policy.
